A family tradition of making toys…

Not so long ago the quest towards Of The Round Table began with Briana and her grandfather creating toys for her mother’s business Medieval Fantasies Company. Briana’s grandfather had always had over-ambitious work ethic. He passed down those entrepreneurship aspirations through the generations that followed him. The small backyard business of many different names grew and adapted to accommodate whomever needed the support.

Before the meet cute, Austin also worked alongside his family and has always been inclined to working hard and appreciating hands-on labor. His father was insistent that Austin strive to improve his work ethic. In result of Austin’s drive he continued to acquire new craftsman skills.

Austin and Briana met while they were both working a Renaissance Faire in his hometown. Soon to follow were two precious children that run around and around the work table with boisterous glee.

The business of crafting toys in the family has changed management, location and ownership many times always fluxing with different circumstances. Briana and Austin have relied on the business to support their children for many years.

In the wake of Briana's grandfather passing she and Austin claimed the business and relocated to Harrisonburg VA.

Much like Excalibur being pulled from the stone we have seized the opportunity to explore new adventures in our quest of wonder with Of The Round Table.
